When acquiring personal information, the Lion Group clearly states the purpose of obtaining the information and the scope of its usage in business activities. With the prior permission of customers, we appropriately and fairly acquire and use personal information within the limitations of the purpose for obtaining the information.
We do not share the personal information of our customers with third parties (including third parties outside Japan) unless we have received permission from the customer in advance, or there are special legal or other justifiable reasons for doing so.

When preparing or providing anonymously processed information as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Lion Group handles such information in strict compliance with the said act and other related laws.

When preparing pseudonymly processed information as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Lion Group uses such information in strict compliance with the said act and other related laws and only in-house (excluding contracting and joint use with third parties).
5. Ensuring the Accuracy and Security of Personal Information
To ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, the Lion Group makes every effort to maintain accuracy and update personal information. At the same time, the Lion Group strives to protect personal information by implementing appropriate and reasonable security measures to counter the risk of illegal access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of information.
6. Responding to Customer Requests
When receiving a request from a customer about their personal information, the Lion Group promptly confirms the identity of the individual and responds appropriately to their request.
Personal Information Protection Policy
We believe that the appropriate utilization and protection of personal information is a social responsibility of our firm. Therefore, we will reliably promote the following efforts.
1, We will assign an information administrator for each department that handles personal information, and clarify the roles and responsibilities of our employees. Together with this, we will strive to appropriately utilize and protect personal information.
2, When requesting a principal to provide his/her personal information, we will inform him/her of the utilization purpose, our contact information, etc., and appropriately acquire and use personal information for said utilization purpose.
3, We will not disclose or provide personal information to a third party without obtaining a principal's consent, unless there is a good reason, such as the cases set forth in laws and regulations.
4, If we entrust the handling of the personal information to outsourcees, we will obligate said outsourcees to protect said information like we do by signing contracts, manage and supervise their handling, and prevent the leakage of said information, etc.
5, We will take reasonable security control in order to prevent the divulgation, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information while endeavoring to maintain personal information accurate and up-to-date.
6, If a principal requests the disclosure, correction, utilization cease, or the like of personal information he/she has offered to our firm, we will first confirm the identity of said principal and then respond to said request within a reasonable range.
7, If we receive any complaints from principals regarding the handling of personal information, we will deal with said complaints appropriately and swiftly.
8, We will follow Japanese laws and regulations regarding personal information and guidelines of trade associations to which our firm belongs, and constantly review and strive to improve the methods to handle personal information.
